Classic Rosemary Roast

Prep Time: 10-15 min.

Cooking Time: 75-80 min.

Ingredients :

3-4 cloves garlic, sliced

2-3 pound roast or eye round, fat trimmed

2 teaspoons dried chopped rosemary

Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions :

Take the roast and make slices over the surface to make holes. Insert garlic cloves in them.

Lightly coat the roast with olive oil. Season to taste with salt, rosemary, and ground black pepper.

Preheat an oven to 350⁰F.

Grease a roasting pan or baking pan with some cooking oil.

Bake until the food thermometer reaches 150° F.

Slice thinly and serve.
